Hi!! My name is Victoria,

I am a certified Personal Trainer, Bodybuilding Specialist,

DNA based coach.

I’ve competed in 22 NPC Bikini shows and won 3 Overall titles

including NPC California State and Los Angeles Championship

and I plan to step on stage again this year.

Confession:

I haven’t always been fit, actually the opposite.

I struggled with weight loss from the age of 6 until about

my late 20s going from one extreme to another! From unhealthy overweight to unhealthy underweight I’ve practiced bad habits and wrong ways to be skinny but not fit and healthy. I wanted to look good on the outside but didn’t understand that it begins from the inside.

Trial and error finally led me to develop a healthy approach that works and I’ve being improving it and making it better and better over the years. I’m 46 years young and I feel & look better than ever and I want to share my proven strategy with you!
